Cookies and tracking

This site is static: it sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We do not embed maps, videos or social-media widgets, and the fonts are served by the site itself, so opening a page does not send your data to third parties.

One small exception stays on your device: when you choose a language, your browser remembers it in its local storage (under the name “am-lang”) so the home page opens in that language next time. It is never sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser settings.

As with any website, the hosting service that delivers the pages may process technical data such as your IP address, in order to serve the pages and protect the site against abuse.

What the project brief collects

The brief form asks for:

  • your project: its type, city and country, and whether you live in Morocco or abroad;
  • land, budget and timing: whether you have the land, the plot area (optional), a construction budget range and when you would like to start the design;
  • your contact details: full name, how you want us to reply, phone number and/or email address, and an optional message.

We also record the language and address of the page, and the project you were looking at if you came from a project page. A hidden anti-spam field must stay empty; it is used for nothing else.

Please don’t include sensitive information (health, religion, identity numbers, bank details) in your message — we don’t need it.

Why we use it, and on what basis

Only to answer your request: to understand the project, reply through the channel you chose, prepare a first conversation and, if you wish, a written proposal.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box before sending, together with the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email; this does not affect what was done before.

We do not use your details for newsletters or advertising, we do not sell them, and we make no automated decisions about you.

Who receives it

Your brief is for the studio only: it is read by Moslim Khattoume. How it travels depends on the way you send it:

  • WhatsApp — if you send your brief or a message on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) carries and processes it under its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Email — if you send it by email, it passes through your email provider and ours.
  • The online form — at the moment the form sends nothing by itself: it prepares your brief, and you choose to send it by WhatsApp or by email. If the online sending service (Web3Forms) is switched on, it processes the submission and forwards it to our inbox.

If your project goes ahead, we will ask you before sharing any details with the other professionals involved — for example the registered architect who signs the permit file in Morocco, or a structural engineer.

Where your data goes

The studio is in Ukraine, so a brief sent from Morocco, Europe or elsewhere is received outside your country. WhatsApp, email providers and form services may also process data in other countries, including outside the European Union. We keep what we receive to the minimum needed to reply.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months at most, then deleted — unless a contract follows. In that case, the related details are kept for as long as the contract and the law require (for example for invoices).

Your rights

Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing on legitimate grounds.

If you live in the European Union, the GDPR also gives you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject “Personal data”. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We answer within the time limits set by law — one month under the GDPR.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the data-protection authority of your country: in Morocco, the CNDP (Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel); in the European Union, the supervisory authority of the country where you live.

Security

Pages are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the studio has access to the enquiries it receives.

Images and content

The project images on this site are 3D visualisations of design studies, not photographs of finished buildings; each project page shows the project’s status. The on-site photographs show Moslim Khattoume on construction sites; they are not photographs of the projects shown on this site.

Texts, drawings, visualisations and the Architect Muslim logo belong to Architect Muslim. Please ask before reusing them: [email protected].
